Parkerhouse Nursery received a grant from the Association of Specialty Cut Flower Growers (ASCFG) to trial Kordes roses.  Kordes roses have been developed in Germany for outdoor cut flower production in western Europe and North America.  We'll be documenting their production, stem length, vase life as well as customer preference.

We are grateful to both the ASCFG and Newflora LLC in Oregon for the grant and the nursery stock, respectively, and we are excited about the new possibilities that roses will bring.  

Newflora LLC has also generously provided us with an addition sixty-five (65) trial plants at no additional charge.  Thank you!
